~115 g calorie-free sweetener*
43 g unsweetened cocoa powder
36 g gluten-free baking flour
(or 69 g almond flour instead)
2 g baking soda
2 g salt (optional)
Wet ingredients
96 g almond butter
92 g egg whites
45 g unsweetened almond milk
8 g vanilla extract (optional)

44 g dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
- Whisk together dry ingredients.
- Add wet ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Line a 7×7 pan with parchment.
- Spread batter evenly (it will be thick).
- Bake 16–18 minutes until a knife comes out slightly dirty.
