Ingredients

Dry ingredients
92 g collagen protein powder
~115 g calorie-free sweetener*
43 g unsweetened cocoa powder
36 g gluten-free baking flour
(or 69 g almond flour instead)
2 g baking soda
2 g salt (optional)


Wet ingredients
96 g almond butter
92 g egg whites
45 g unsweetened almond milk
8 g vanilla extract (optional)


Optional
44 g dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
  • Whisk together dry ingredients.
  • Add wet ingredients and mix until smooth.
  • Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Line a 7×7 pan with parchment.
  • Spread batter evenly (it will be thick).
  • Bake 16–18 minutes until a knife comes out slightly dirty.
