  • 45g PB2 protein powder
  • 45g whey protein powder
  • 85g erythritol (orig 115)
  • 75g water
  • 60g eggwhite, whipped to stiff peaks
  • baking powder, salt

Steps

  1. Mix everything except the eggwhite.
  2. Whip eggwhite til stiff peaks.
  3. Bake at 180⁰C for 15-20 minutes.
