Ingredients
Dry —
- 92 g collagen protein powder
- ~115 g calorie-free sweetener
- 43 g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 36 g plain flour
- 2g baking powder
- 2g salt
Wet —
- 96g almond butter
- 92g egg whites
- 45g water
- 8g vanilla extract
- 44g chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
- Whisk together dry ingredients.
- Add wet ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Line a 7×7 pan with parchment.
- Spread batter evenly (it will be thick).
- Bake 16–18 minutes until a knife comes out slightly dirty.
- Cool 15 minutes before slicing.
