Ingredients

Dry —

  • 92 g collagen protein powder
  • ~115 g calorie-free sweetener
  • 43 g unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 36 g plain flour
  • 2g baking powder
  • 2g salt

Wet —

  • 96g almond butter
  • 92g egg whites
  • 45g water
  • 8g vanilla extract
  • 44g chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
  2. Whisk together dry ingredients.
  3. Add wet ingredients and mix until smooth.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Line a 7×7 pan with parchment.
  6. Spread batter evenly (it will be thick).
  7. Bake 16–18 minutes until a knife comes out slightly dirty.
  8. Cool 15 minutes before slicing.
