Ingredients
- 1 cup collagen, 120g
- 1/2 cup flour, 65g
- 6T stevia-erythritol blend, ~75g
- 2T brown sugar sweetener, ~35g
- 1/2t baking powder
- 1/2t salt

- 1/2 cup eggwhites, ~120g
- 1/2 cup peanut butter, 125g
- 1/4 cup water, 60g
- 1.5t vanilla extract
Instructions
- Mix dry.
- Add wet and mix.
- Bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
- Let cool and slice into 16 pieces.
