Ingredients

  • 1 cup collagen, 120g
  • 1/2 cup flour, 65g
  • 6T stevia-erythritol blend, ~75g
  • 2T brown sugar sweetener, ~35g
  • 1/2t baking powder
  • 1/2t salt
  • 1/2 cup eggwhites, ~120g
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter, 125g
  • 1/4 cup water, 60g
  • 1.5t vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Mix dry.
  2. Add wet and mix.
  3. Bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
  4. Let cool and slice into 16 pieces.
