Ingredients (1 serving)
- 180 g liquid egg whites (≈ ¾ cup / ~4 large egg whites)
- 10 g corn starch / arrowroot starch / almond flour (see note)
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 80 g pizza sauce / marinara (~⅓ cup)
- 30 g shredded cheese (or dairy-free alternative)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 150–165°C (300–325°F)
- In a bowl, whisk together egg whites, starch, garlic powder, oregano, salt, pepper
- Lightly grease or line a baking sheet
- Pour mixture and spread into a thin circle
- Bake 23–25 minutes until set and slightly golden
- Add toppings
- Spread sauce evenly
- Sprinkle cheese on top
- Broil / grill
- Broil for 1–3 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly
- Serve immediately

Notes
- Spreading thin = crispier (this matters more than temp)
