52kcal Chocolate Banana Protein Cake
This might just be my favourite recipe I’ve created to date!
For me, this serves the purpose of what protein bars used to for me with v similar macros:
- easy to grab and go,
- doesn’t look weird to eat around friends or colleagues,
- decent protein & relatively low cal,
- wouldn’t mind sharing with them.
Also super easy to chuck together with v few ingredients, perfect for long days when I get back from work at 9pm and am completely exhausted 🥲
