  • 1 small baking tin (the one used here was just a random aluminium tin from Poundland, dimensions 12x15x6cm)

Ingredients
  

Wet ingredients

  • 100 grams ripe banana, mashed
  • 1 egg white 30-40 grams

Dry ingredients

  • 15 grams cocoa powder Hershey’s special dark
  • 20 grams protein powder whey protein, chocolate
  • 1 gram baking powder

Optional

  • 1 dash of salt, instant coffee powder, vanilla essence

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180°Celcius (350°F)
  • Mix wet
  • Mix dry
  • Add dry into wet
  • Bake for 15 minutes, or until done (ovens may vary)
