Steps:
1. Blend everything.
2. Spread on bread or eat with a spoon!
Macros
Makes ~120g, around 8 tablespoons or 1/2 cup.
- Per 15g Tablespoon: 29kcal, 2.9g protein.
- Total: 232kcal, 23.2g protein.
The Review
- Super easy to make.
- Good that it doesn’t need erythritol or a ton of sweetener.
- Texture is less chunky and thick than original.
- I like that this doesn’t need a ton of portion control and doesn’t break the calorie bank.
- Tastes like biscoff! Indulgent. Tad tangy but not overly noticeable. Worth it.
✅ Verdict: Overall, a good lower calorie and higher protein option to the calorie bomb original! That stuff is so addictive haha, but great in moderation..if you can moderate 😛 Would make again ☺️
✅✅ Review Pt.2 after a few days: IT’S SO GOOD!!!! I’m honestly quite impressed. To me, this is a suitable replacement for biscoff; cheaper too. Would definitely make again! I love how the bread with a tablespoon of biscoff spread was /still/ less than 100kcal. Incredible! 🥲
➡️ Will try with whey protein next time. Will also try it without the sugar-free syrup and use water + a dash of sweetener next time.
