@mlk-inspired Low-Calorie Tofu Protein Pancakes

Macros: 29 calories, 2.5g protein each (recipe makes 4)


Ingredients:

  • 20g egg-whites, raw
  • 128g silken tofu, blended
  • 8g plain flour
  • oil spray as needed
  • (optional) sweetener to taste
  • (optional) vanilla essence

Instructions:

  1. Blend all together
  2. Spray non-stick pan with oil
  3. Heat pan to medium-heat
  4. Pour 1/4 of the batter onto the pan, let it cook til bubbles form
  5. Flip to the other side after the edges start being able to release from the pan
  6. Let cook on the other side til done
  7. Repeat 3 more times with the rest of the batter
  8. Pour some sugar free maple syrup on it and enjoy! 😊
