@mlk-inspired Low-Calorie Tofu Protein Pancakes
Macros: 29 calories, 2.5g protein each (recipe makes 4)


Ingredients:
- 20g egg-whites, raw
- 128g silken tofu, blended
- 8g plain flour
- oil spray as needed
- (optional) sweetener to taste
- (optional) vanilla essence
Instructions:
- Blend all together
- Spray non-stick pan with oil
- Heat pan to medium-heat
- Pour 1/4 of the batter onto the pan, let it cook til bubbles form
- Flip to the other side after the edges start being able to release from the pan
- Let cook on the other side til done
- Repeat 3 more times with the rest of the batter
- Pour some sugar free maple syrup on it and enjoy! 😊
