cut into 10 pieces—28kcal, 6.6g protein per slice

Ingredients:

  • 210g eggwhites
  • 1/8 cup allulose powder
  • 50g eggwhite powder
  • salt

Steps:

  1. Whip eggwhites til stiff.
  2. Add allulose, eggwhite powder, and salt.
  3. Bake at 160°C for 30min.
  4. Turn off the oven and let cool for 15min inside the oven.
