Ingredients:
- 210g eggwhites
- 1/8 cup allulose powder
- 50g eggwhite powder
- salt
Steps:
- Whip eggwhites til stiff.
- Add allulose, eggwhite powder, and salt.
- Bake at 160°C for 30min.
- Turn off the oven and let cool for 15min inside the oven.
