@fitfoodiefeed’s Chocolate Banana Protein Oat Cookies [100kcal, 5.9g protein]

Meg from @fitfoodiefeed said this was one of her most popular recipes (her iconic cookies), had to try em of course!

Ingredients—

  • 1/2 banana (~45g)
  • 4g cocoa
  • 8g chocolate whey protein powder
  • 20g quick oats
  • 1 square of chocolate (~4g, I used 80% dark choc here)

Steps—

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Form the batter into 2 cookies, add chocolate on top.
  3. Bake at 180°C for ~8-10min.

  • ➕ V covenient, easy put together
  • ➕ Tastes v yummy! Chocolatey, banana.
  • ➕ Texture was chewy.
  • ➕ Good that it doesn’t need extra sweetener.
  • ➖Honestly yummy but not big for the calories. Might also not pass the “normie” test; it does taste healthy.

✅ Verdict: Not exactly low calorie, but would probably make it as an easy nutritious portable snack or pre-running fuel. Good as an alternative to the more expensive granola bars.
