Ingredients—
- 1/2 banana (~45g)
- 4g cocoa
- 8g chocolate whey protein powder
- 20g quick oats
- 1 square of chocolate (~4g, I used 80% dark choc here)
Steps—
- Mix all ingredients.
- Form the batter into 2 cookies, add chocolate on top.
- Bake at 180°C for ~8-10min.

- ➕ V covenient, easy put together
- ➕ Tastes v yummy! Chocolatey, banana.
- ➕ Texture was chewy.
- ➕ Good that it doesn’t need extra sweetener.
- ➖Honestly yummy but not big for the calories. Might also not pass the “normie” test; it does taste healthy.
✅ Verdict: Not exactly low calorie, but would probably make it as an easy nutritious portable snack or pre-running fuel. Good as an alternative to the more expensive granola bars.
