Ingredients
- 55g lightest cream cheese
- 7g cocoa
- 5g skimmed milk powder
- 3g vanilla whey protein powder
- 30g erythritol (or sweetener of choice)
- pinch of salt, vanilla essence, optional instant coffee
Instructions
- Using a hand blender, whip until light and fluffy. If you don't have a mixer, you can use a spoon to stir it until combined fully.
- Spread onto toast, eat on a graham cracker or off a spoon! 😉
