Boo’s Meal Preps, June ‘25
Curry chicken breast
What I did
- Defrosted the 2kg Seara chicken inner fillet.
- Used the baking soda trick to keep it moist.
- Split it into 4 portions to marinade overnight.
- Curry tikka version: 500g chicken, 10g curry powder, 50g Greek yogurt, salt, garlic
- Soy sauce Asian version: 500g chicken, 1T soy sauce, 1t fish sauce, 1tsp sesame oil, garlic, salt, pepper
- Baked at 180°C for ~20min.




Made a plate for bf (he always feeds me so figured I should feed him too hehe)

And a salad bowl for my bro~

Eggwhite “Frittata”
Can’t say it’s the best thing I’ve ever made, but it’s functional and v low effort I guess — ton of protein at least:’)
- Total was 433kcal, 85.6g protein.
- Made ~18 pieces, so 24kcal, 4.8g protein each.
