Ingredients

  • 180g egg white
  • 24g corn starch
  • 32g erythritol
  • 20g allulose
  • salt, baking powder
  • pandan essence (vanilla essence is fine too)

Steps

  1. Whip eggwhites til stiff peaks.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until combined.
  3. Bake for 1h at 140⁰C.
  4. Enjoy!
