4-ingredient vegan protein overnight oats

[130kcal, 9.5g protein]

recipe:

  • 120g silken tofu, blended
  • 10g oats
  • 8g cocoa powder
  • sweetener to taste (I use MyProtein flavour drops)
  • water

instructions:

  1. blend tofu
  2. mix the rest of the ingredients
  3. fridge overnight
  4. enjoy!

optional mix-ins: I mixed in some jelly bc I had a bunch leftover, usually I mix in strawberries or frozen blueberries — those are super low calorie and full of nutrients too. enjoy!~
