Recipe
Ingredients:
- 120g pumpkin purée
- 15g peanut butter powder (I used PB2)
- 25g whey protein powder (I used MyProtein impact whey)
- 10g eggwhite
- sweetener to taste (I used 20g erythritol here)
- baking powder, salt
Bake at 180°C for ~25min.
