Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 120g pumpkin purée
  • 15g peanut butter powder (I used PB2)
  • 25g whey protein powder (I used MyProtein impact whey)
  • 10g eggwhite
  • sweetener to taste (I used 20g erythritol here)
  • baking powder, salt

Bake at 180°C for ~25min.
