The review
Pros & Cons:
- ➕ Yum, tastes pretty legit!
- ➕ Quite easy to make, just a bowl and spoon needed.
- ➖ Ingredients are more niche than usual.
Notes:
- Size is around the same as a Famous Amos cookie.
- Gooey out of the oven, definitely needs to cool a bit before eating.
✅ Verdict: YES would make again.
Future iterations:
- Try with oat flour
- Try a mix of light butter and Greek yogurt (update: done on 2 Nov, take#2)
- Try subbing the lupin for whey-casein
- Try erythritol instead (take#2)
- Try hazelnut instead of almond
- Try a mix of applesauce and light butter
