25kcal Copycat Starbucks “Frappuccino” Recipe


☕️ 25kcal copycat ‘Starbucks’ caramel frappe ☕️

RECIPE

  • 200ml water
  • 1t. instant coffee
  • 30ml sugar-free caramel syrup
  • 50ml almond milk
  • 130g ice
  • xanthan gum
  • [optional] 1/2 scoop of protein powder

STEPS

  1. Put all ingredients in blender
  2. Blend
  3. [optional] Add some whipped cream and caramel drizzle on top for full SBucks vibes ✨
  4. Enjoy!

Pro-tip: If you wanna make it high-protein, you can add some protein powder! I usually do PEScience’s cake pop flavour or MyProtein chocolate whey

Note: If you like it more watery, add more liquid. If you like it more solid, you can add more ice. Adjust the amounts to your preference ☺️

Matcha

  • Used 8g matcha powder instead of instant coffee

Chocolate/Mocha

  • Added 10g PEScience protein powder & a teaspoon of cocoa powder

The secret sauce formula

  • Liquid: Water and/or Milk (any kind but almond milk is the lowest calorie)
  • Ice
  • Flavour: Coffee powder, Cocoa powder, Matcha powder, PB powder, Protein powder, vanilla essence
  • Sweetener: Sucralose, Stevia, Skinny syrups, MyProtein flavour drops
  • Thickener/Binder: Xanthan gum, guar gum, protein powder like PEScience
