tiramisu tiramisu oh how I miss you~
have always been a sucker for tiramisu, so you can imagine my horror when I realised was like 1200kcal for a tray.. enter my bootleg low calorie abomination version!
figured since yogurt and zabaglione were white, thick and creamy..that’s basically the same thing no? (- me deluding myself xD)
Anyway, if you’ve been craving tiramisu but don’t wanna break the calorie bank with it, this version might be for you!
Macros:
Single-Serve Skinny Tiramisu
Ingredients
- 2 ladysfingers
- 100 ml coffee
- 80 g Greek yogurt
- flavour drops (I used MyProtein toffee flavour)
- 2 g cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Dip ladysfingers into coffee briefly. Place it at the bottom of a small container.
- Mix Greek yogurt with flavdrops, to taste. Add this ‘cream’ layer to the ladysfingers layer.
- Chill it in the fridge for an hour or so.
- Before serving, sift cocoa powder on top.
- Dig in!
