Whip aquafaba (from canned chickpeas, black beans, or butter beans) w a dash of cream of tartar until stiff peaks
75g aquafaba, dash of cream of tartar
Gently fold in peanut butter powder & sweetener to taste (if you use 0kcal sweetener, it'll knock off 20kcal)
7g peanut butter powder, 5g canderel/splenda
Freeze in a shallow tray/recycled aluminium tin until solid, an hour or so
Cut into squares and devour straight out of the freezer!
