Ingredients

dry oats

frozen mixed vegetables

frozen sutchi fish chunks

fish stock
water
Optional
spices & flavours: salt, pepper, light soy sauce, Italian herbs, garlic powder, onion powder, curry powder
to taste
300g
egg whites
200g
riced cauliflower
to further increase the volume
3g
psyllium husk
Instructions
Chuck all ingredients in a pot
Bring to a boil, stir and simmer until fully cooked
Optional
At the end, stir in the eggwhites for additional protein and creaminess
Serve with a drizzle of sesame oil, white pepper and spring onions on top
