Whisk egg yolks
5 egg yolks
Microwave almond milk and sweetener for 2-3 minutes
1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 65 grams erythritol, 5 drops MyProtein toffee flavdrops
Pour warm milk mixture into egg yolks (from Step 1 & 2), whisking by hand
Add gelatine to hot water and stir to dissolve fully
½ cup hot water, 10 grams gelatine
Add it to the milk-egg yolk mixture and stir fully
Pour it into silicon molds or ice cube trays
Let it chill in the fridge until set, roughly 3-4 hours but preferably overnight.
