Instructions
Wet ingredients
Cream light butter and sweetener together.
Add egg and beat until combined.
Dry ingredients
Mix all dry ingredients.
Combine and bake!
Add dry ingredients to wet.
Mix with a spoon until just combined (don’t overmix or your cookies will be tough).
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 6-8 minutes until lightly browned.
Let cool fully before eating.
