@dietdessertz’s Angel Food Cake (240kcal total)

Ingredients

  • 4 eggwhites, ~140g
  • 75g allulose
  • 1/8t vanilla essence
  • 70g powdered erythritol
  • 42g cake flour
  • 1/8t salt

Steps

  1. Whip eggwhites til soft peaks.
  2. Add allulose and vanilla essence gradually til all combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine erythritol, flour, salt.
  4. In parts, sift the dry powder mix into the eggwhites and gently fold in til all combined.
  5. Preheat oven til ~160⁰C.
  6. Line pan with aluminium.
  7. Bake for ~20-30min or til fully cooked.
