Ingredients

  • 10g oat fiber
  • 10g erythritol
  • 1g baking powder
  • dash of salt
  • cinnamon to taste (optional)
  • dash of glucomannan (optional)

  • 15g egg white
  • 40g water

Steps

  1. Mix dry in a small bowl.
  2. Add wet and mix.
  3. Put in the microwave and microwave for 2 minutes.
  4. Drizzle optional sugarfree syrup on top and enjoy!
