Here’s how mine turned out:



Review
- What I did: Made it exactly to the gram but used 1/3rd of the chocolate listed bc it covered the entire surface already. Also just piled it on a cookie sheet instead of putting it in a dish (hoping it’d be more cookie than cake-like lol)
- Supposedly 180kcal, 15g protein, but mine tallied to 183kcal, 16.3g protein
Super easy to make, 1 bowl 1 spoon
Tastes nice
V sweet, good amount of choc
Looks quite pretty
Texture— Dry. I’m guessing it’s the coconut flour and whey, which both tend to be drying
Texture— Yet also too soft and cake like, definitely not a cookie texture (if you think of it as protein cake it might manage expectations better)
Verdict:
Probably won’t make again
- Not because it was bad, but just bc there are better alternatives for the size, cals & protein. Ymmv though!
