@thebigmansworld Protein Cookies [150kcal, 20g protein]

—The Recipe—

Four ingredients (and the 2700+ four-star ratings) was a huge draw! Had all the ingredients in my cupboard so figured why not give it a try.

  • 1 cup PB or any nut butter
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar sweetener
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder (he used optimum nutrition Casein)
  • chocolate chips

Instructions:

1. Mix all the ingredients together.

2. Roll into 12 balls, press down to flatten.

3. Bake at 180°C for 12-14min.
