Recipe
Ingredients:
- 70g eggwhites, whipped til stiff peaks
- 10g gelatine bloomed in 75g water, microwaved for 30s
- sweetener (I used blueberry flavdrops & a dash of sucralose)
Instructions:
- 1. Line a 7×7” pan with baking paper.
- 2. Put it in the fridge overnight.
Review
- Easy to make.
- Surprisingly crazy high volume for the calories and protein.
- Not super flavourful, would definitely recommend having some sort of essence (like more vanilla essence)
- Texture isn’t quite as chewy as regular marshmallows and would definitely melt if left out for a while. Still good for a high-volume dessert for the cals tho.
