Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 70g eggwhites, whipped til stiff peaks
  • 10g gelatine bloomed in 75g water, microwaved for 30s
  • sweetener (I used blueberry flavdrops & a dash of sucralose)

Instructions:

  • 1. Line a 7×7” pan with baking paper.
  • 2. Put it in the fridge overnight.

Review

  • Easy to make.
  • Surprisingly crazy high volume for the calories and protein.
  • Not super flavourful, would definitely recommend having some sort of essence (like more vanilla essence)
  • Texture isn’t quite as chewy as regular marshmallows and would definitely melt if left out for a while. Still good for a high-volume dessert for the cals tho.
