21 Day Fix – 3 Day Quick Reset

Trying out a portions-based meal plan today!

The Why

I know I have a tendency to overcomplicate things, so what drew me to this was its simplicity — no need for weighing or logging. Just cups and spoons and simple ingredients. Great for keeping it simple 🙂

The Instructions

Some other recommendations were:

  • Space meals ~2-3h apart
  • Drink a gallon of water

The Prep

Day-before prep thoughts: A bit of a pain in the butt to put together (took me about 1.5h) but feels kinda satisfying to see it all laid out like a mise en place. I think it’ll get quicker with time though, probably just took longer since this is the first time I was trying to put this together.
